Description
azure-prepare is an agent skill from Microsoft's azure-skills collection that prepares an application for deployment to Azure. It works with Azure Developer CLI (azd) projects and generates the files a deployment needs: an azure.yaml configuration file, the infrastructure code in Bicep or Terraform, and Dockerfiles, chosen to fit the application type and the deployment target. The skill is meant to run when an agent is asked to create a new application, add services to an existing one, modernize or migrate an app, set up Azure infrastructure, or deploy to Azure. It is the first step in a sequence the collection describes: prepare, then validate, then deploy. The skill's instructions tell the agent to follow the documented steps closely rather than improvise its own. It is listed on skills.sh and installs with the other Azure skills from the same repository.…
