Review code changes with several independent reviewers in parallel
by bmad-code-orgFree
Description
BMad Code Review runs a review of code changes using several independent reviewers working in parallel. Their findings are then triaged, so duplicates and weak points are sorted out before the result is presented to you. It is meant for requests such as 'run code review' or 'review my changes', and it works inside a repository set up with BMad. You can ask for a quick or a thorough review. A no-code review hands the fixes off instead of making them. When a bot, a CI job or another workflow is running the review, the skill switches to non-interactive mode and does not ask questions, and when it is unclear whether the run is non-interactive, it stays interactive. The skill is a launcher for the BMad review workflow: it renders that workflow for the current project and then follows it. If the project has no _bmad/ folder, it reports that BMad is not set up and offers to install the bmad skill. The skill belongs to the BMad Method project, whose repository has about 54,000 stars on GitHub. It is listed as free, and its security audits show passes from Gen Agent Trust Hub, Socket and Snyk.…

bmad-code-review FAQ
What does BMad Code Review do?
It reviews code changes in your repository with several independent reviewers working in parallel, then triages their findings and presents the result.
How do I start a review?
Ask for a code review, for example 'run code review' or 'review my changes'. Say quick or thorough if you want a particular depth.
Does it change my code?
Not necessarily. A no-code review hands the fixes off rather than making them, and the skill does not ask for changes to be applied unless the workflow asks for them.
Can it run unattended?
Yes. If a bot, a CI job or another workflow runs the review and says not to ask questions, the skill runs non-interactively. When in doubt it stays interactive.
Does it need any setup?
Yes. The project needs BMad set up with a _bmad/ folder. If it is missing, the skill offers to set it up with the bmad skill.
How do I install it?
Run npx skills add https://github.com/bmad-code-org/bmad-method --skill bmad-code-review.
Is it free and checked for security?
The listing shows it as free. Its security audits list passes from Gen Agent Trust Hub, Socket and Snyk.
