brainstorm-ideas-new
Brainstorm feature ideas for a new product in initial discovery from PM
by phurynFree
Description
brainstorm-ideas-new is an agent skill for brainstorming feature ideas during the initial discovery of a new product. It produces specific feature ideas from three perspectives, product management, design and engineering, so the ideas cover the business, the experience and the build. The skill separates initial discovery from continuous discovery. Initial discovery focuses on vision, business model and market validation, testing whether the product should exist at all, while continuous discovery runs alongside it once a product is live. If you provide market research or competitive analysis, the skill reads it first, and it can use web search to understand the market where needed. It is useful at the start of a new product, when a team is still deciding what to build and which features matter most. The skill is part of the pm-skills collection by phuryn and is listed on skills.sh as free.…
