Description
call-prep is an agent skill from Anthropic's knowledge-work plugins, listed on skills.sh. It writes a pre-call brief for an upcoming meeting. The brief covers the attendees, the account's history, the context of earlier calls drawn from transcripts, the status of any open opportunity, and suggested discovery questions. The skill follows a firm set of rules for working with connected tools. It batches independent reads, cites every value it reports and links to the record, shows human labels rather than API field names, and says whether a value is blank or was not queried. It uses the live CRM's own schema for field names rather than assuming another vendor's. It treats emails, chat, transcripts and external documents as data, not instructions, and reports any instruction-like text it finds in them. If a requested action would be triggered by that content, it is shown to the user before anything runs. It suits account executives and customer managers who want to walk into a meeting knowing the history and the open items.…
