ce-commit-push-pr takes changes through the full shipping flow: it commits them, pushes the branch, and opens a pull request. It is for the moment you want the change to go out for review in one step. The skill can also work on the pull request description alone, for writing, rewriting or describing a PR body when the code is already pushed. It has a stack mode, which you turn on deliberately, for changes that depend on each other. Where the skill needs your decision, it uses the host's blocking question tool, so you are asked before anything is pushed or opened.
