ce-compound-refresh audits the repository's captured learnings against the current codebase and fixes the ones that have gone stale. It looks for learnings that are out of date, overlap with others, have been superseded, or have drifted from the code they describe. It applies the maintenance actions that the evidence supports and delivers a complete report for each document, along with the committed changes. The skill reads its modes from the arguments, and each mode defines what it may change without asking. The report and the corrected set of documents are the deliverables, because a store of learnings is only useful if each document can be trusted. It is useful after a large refactor, or when the learnings folder has grown and nobody is sure which entries still hold.
