claude-opus-4-5-migration is an agent skill from Anthropic's claude-code repository, listed on skills.sh. It is a one-shot guide for moving a codebase, its prompts and its API calls from Claude Sonnet 4.0, Sonnet 4.5 or Opus 4.1 to Opus 4.5. The workflow searches the codebase for model strings and API calls, updates the model strings for the platform the project uses, removes beta headers that Opus 4.5 does not support, sets the effort parameter to high, summarises every change, and tells the person to report any issues with Opus 4.5 so the prompts can be adjusted. It applies when someone wants to update a codebase to the newer model. A skill is a SKILL.md file of instructions that an AI agent loads when a task calls for it.
