Description
consulting-analysis is an agent skill from the DeerFlow project that writes consulting-grade research reports in Markdown. It covers market analysis, consumer insights, brand strategy, financial analysis, industry research, competitive intelligence, investment research and macroeconomic analysis. The work happens in two phases. In the first, given a subject, the skill builds an analysis framework: a chapter outline, the data each chapter needs, the logic of the analysis and a visualization plan. In the second, after other skills have collected the data, it synthesizes everything into a finished report. The writing follows the clear, structured voice of major strategy consultancies. The skill has a strict data rule: every figure and chart must come from the supplied data summary or the external search findings, and when data is missing the report says so instead of inventing numbers. Every major claim should trace back to the input. The report language follows an output locale setting, which defaults to Simplified Chinese.
