context-mode
Use context-mode tools (ctx_execute, ctx_execute_file) instead of Bash/cat
by mksgluFree
Description
Context-mode is an agent skill that routes large command output through context-mode's sandbox tools instead of running it directly in the shell. It is the default for any command that reads, queries, fetches, lists, logs, tests, builds, diffs, inspects or calls an external service, because such output can fill the context window quickly. The skill sends those commands to the ctx_execute and ctx_execute_file tools, which keep the bulk of the output out of the conversation. A short whitelist of commands still runs directly in Bash, including file moves, git writes such as add, commit and push, navigation, process control, package installs and simple echo output. The skill names the kinds of work it should handle, such as analyzing logs and summarizing output, and it covers every CLI, such as gh, aws, kubectl, docker and terraform. It is listed on skills.sh as part of the context-mode project, which is published on GitHub by mksglu.…
