Description
create-prd is an agent skill that writes a lean, decision-ready Product Requirements Document using an eight-section template. The sections cover a summary, contacts, background, objective, market segments and value proposition, among others. The skill is built around the idea that a first PRD should be the shortest document that lets a team decide and start, so that engineers, designers, leadership and stakeholders can read it in a few minutes. By default it aims for about one to two pages, roughly 600 to 1,000 words, and it treats that length as a guide rather than a limit. A product with two or three segments can run longer, but each section should still be as short as it can be. You describe the product or feature, and the skill writes the document from that description. It is useful when a team is about to start building and needs everyone aligned on what to build first and why. The skill is part of the pm-skills collection by phuryn and is listed on skills.sh as free.…
