Scans HubSpot for stale deals, duplicate contacts, and missing fields
by anthropicsFree
Description
crm-cleanup is a command from Anthropic's knowledge-work plugins, listed on skills.sh. It runs a hygiene pass on HubSpot, looking for stale deals, duplicate contacts and missing fields, then fixes the items the owner approves. The optional scope sets what is checked: deals only, contacts only, or both, which is the default. For deals, it flags any open deal with no activity in the last fourteen days, such as an email, call, meeting or note, and shows each one with its name, stage, last activity, associated contacts and amount. For each stale deal it proposes an action, such as updating the next step, changing the stage, adding a note or closing it as lost. It presents the full list before making any change. It suits sales operations staff and owners who want the pipeline to be accurate, without spending a day cleaning records by hand.…
Highlights
- Flags deals with no activity in 14 days
- Duplicate contact detection
- Proposed actions for each stale deal
- Full list shown before any change
