Firecrawl map is an agent skill for discovering the URLs on a website. It is for cases where you know the site but not the exact page you need, such as finding the URL for a topic inside a large site or listing everything the site contains before you choose which pages to scrape or crawl. A search option filters the discovered URLs by keyword, so you can locate pages that mention a term like authentication within a big site. Without a search term, it can return all the URLs it finds, up to a limit you set. Results can be saved as plain text or as JSON in a folder such as .firecrawl.
