Description
Forget is an agent skill that deletes selected memories from agentmemory. It is for removing something that should no longer be kept, such as an old API key that ended up in a memory, or a memory that a person has asked to have erased. The workflow is deliberately cautious. The skill first searches the memory store for the matches, shows you what it found, and waits for an explicit confirmation before it deletes anything. Only after you agree does it run the governance delete action on the chosen memory IDs, and it records a reason with the deletion, such as a user privacy request. The result reports how many matching memories were found and how many were deleted. The skill is part of the agentmemory plugin and is triggered by phrases such as forget this or delete memory. Because deletion in agentmemory cannot be undone through the skill, check the matches carefully before you confirm.…
