geniml FAQ

What does geniml work on?

Sets of genomic intervals, for machine learning and statistical workflows.

Do its scripts run training?

No. The bundled scripts validate or plan. They do not import Geniml, contact services, deserialise models or run training.

What can it check?

BED files and universe contracts, plus the model and tokeniser files used by Region2Vec or scEmbed.

Does it run commands by itself?

Only explicit commands that you approve, shown in its guide.

How do I install it?

Run npx skills add https://github.com/k-dense-ai/scientific-agent-skills --skill geniml.

Is it checked for security?

Its security audits show passes from Gen Agent Trust Hub, Socket and Snyk.

What are the best geniml alternatives?

Popular alternatives to geniml include gtars, polars-bio and gget. See all geniml alternatives
