guideline-generation is a skill from Anthropic's knowledge-work plugins, listed on skills.sh. It builds brand voice guidelines from source materials, and turns raw material into structured, enforceable guidelines with a confidence score for each part and a list of open questions. The inputs can be any combination of a discovery report from the discover-brand skill, brand documents such as PDFs, slides, Word files and text, conversation transcripts from tools such as Gong and Granola, and direct input from the user about the brand's voice and values. When a discovery report is supplied, it is the primary input, since its sources are already triaged and ranked, and the skill supplements it with its own analysis.
