ito-market-intelligence is an agent skill from the ECC collection by affaan-m, listed on skills.sh. It researches prediction-market context for Itô basket work: events, venues, underlying assets, liquidity and news. It is used for read-only market intelligence, event discovery, venue comparison, basket theme exploration and API-backed market briefs. By default it uses public sources. Any call to Itô data requires that the user explicitly ask for Itô data and that a scoped ITO_API_KEY be configured. The guardrails are firm: the agent must never print, store or ask the user to paste that key into chat. The skill is for an analyst who wants to understand the market around a basket before making a decision, while the decision itself stays with the person. A skill is a SKILL.md file of instructions that an AI agent loads when a task calls for it.
