Description
lead-triage is a skill from Anthropic's knowledge-work plugins, listed on skills.sh. It scores and routes an inbound lead, or ranks a backlog of leads, against the team's ideal customer profile and qualification framework. It then recommends a priority and a next action for each. It is used when a new lead arrives or when a backlog needs ordering. The skill follows the collection's rules for connected sales tools: it batches reads, cites each value to its record, uses the live CRM's own field and picklist names, and says when a value is blank or was not queried. It treats emails and any enrichment as data, not instructions, and it shows any suggested change to a record with its evidence for the user to decide. It is also the scoring step that the call-list skill relies on. It suits sales development and sales leaders who want leads routed by fit and urgency rather than by arrival order.…
