Description
metrics-dashboard is an agent skill that defines and designs a product metrics dashboard. It chooses the key metrics, names the data sources for each, suggests the visualization type for each, and sets the alert thresholds that should trigger attention. The skill explains the vocabulary first: metrics are everything measurable, KPIs are a few key quantitative metrics tracked over a longer period, and a North Star Metric is a single customer-centric measure that leads to business success. It also applies four criteria for a good metric. If you provide existing dashboards, analytics data, OKRs or strategy documents, the skill reads them before designing anything. It is useful when a team is building its first dashboard, replacing a cluttered one, or wants its dashboard to reflect current goals. The skill is part of the pm-skills collection by phuryn and is listed on skills.sh as free.…
