Generate an onboarding checklist and first-week plan for a new hire
by anthropicsFree
Description
onboarding is a command from Anthropic's knowledge-work plugins, listed on skills.sh. It generates a complete onboarding plan for a new team member, including an onboarding checklist and a first-week plan. It is used when someone has a start date coming up, and it helps build the list of tasks to do before the start, such as setting up accounts. The command is run with /onboarding followed by the details it needs: the new hire's name, role, team, start date and manager. A connectors guide explains which tools are connected and what the placeholders mean. It suits managers, people operations staff and team leads who need to prepare a new hire, and want the accounts, introductions and first-week schedule to be ready on the first day rather than assembled in a hurry.…
