Description
pptx-html-fidelity-audit is an agent skill in the OpenDesign project for checking a PowerPoint file exported with python-pptx against the HTML slide deck it was made from. The export often drifts from its source without any error, so the skill provides a repeatable workflow to find those differences and fix them. It applies when a user has a single-file HTML deck made of section blocks, each slide with its own chrome, kicker, heading, lead paragraph and footer, and has also produced a python-pptx export. The audit looks for layout and content drift. The problems it names include footer overflow, cropped content, missing italic or emphasis on words that the HTML marks with em, and lost styling. Once the drift is found, the skill fixes it using a layout discipline meant to stop the same regressions from returning on the next export. The skill is listed on skills.sh, with its security audit results shown there. It suits people who design decks in HTML and need the PowerPoint version to match the original closely, for example for a client or a company that only accepts .pptx files.…
