primekg is an agent skill for querying a pinned Precision Medicine Knowledge Graph, PrimeKG, from its CSV files. It finds typed gene, drug, disease and phenotype nodes, direct associations, disease context and recorded pathway, anatomy and phenotype links. It is for reproducing PrimeKG analyses, resolving entities in a specific graph file, and exploring the recorded associations. The skill says a path through the graph supports a research hypothesis only. It does not establish causality, treatment efficacy, a prescribing recommendation or a diagnosis. The published PrimeKG integrates 20 resources, with about 129,000 nodes and about 4.05 million undirected relationships. Its CSV files contain reverse rows, so row counts differ from the number of distinct undirected relationships, and the skill tells you to count the actual pinned file.
