Description
project-graveyard is an agent skill from the awesome-llm-apps collection by Shubham Saboo, listed on skills.sh. It scans a developer's machine for abandoned side projects, writes an autopsy for each from its git history, such as dying at a payments step or being overtaken by a newer project, finds the person's recurring patterns of abandonment, and picks the one project worth reviving, then helps ship it. Everything runs locally, with no API or network use, so nothing leaves the machine. It applies when someone asks about abandoned or unfinished projects, wants to revive or finally ship something, asks why they never finish projects, or proposes a new project, in which case the skill checks the graveyard first in case a half-built version already exists. It does not apply in the situations the skill lists under when not to use. A skill is a SKILL.md file of instructions that an AI agent loads when a task calls for it. It is free and open source, and the skills.sh listing shows all three security audits passing.…
