Description
prototype is an agent skill that builds several genuinely different versions of a piece of UI you describe, and puts them behind a visual picker so you can flip through them live and promote the one you prefer. Its value is divergence: three tints of the same idea would teach you nothing, so each variant must be a direction that could be defended on its own, exploring a different answer to the same brief. Divergence does not lower the standard. Every variant must meet the craft bar, including ease-out on entrances, UI motion under 300 milliseconds, correct transform origin, transform and opacity only for motion, and handling for reduced motion. The skill does not review existing UI, plan fixes for it, or choose dependencies, which are the jobs of other skills. Use it when you are exploring how a toast, pricing card or delete button might work and want to compare real options side by side.
