Search is an agent skill that looks across every connected source in a single query. Instead of opening chat, email, cloud storage, the project tracker, the CRM and the knowledge base one by one, you ask a question and the skill checks which sources are connected, splits the question into searches for each one, runs them in parallel and combines the results. The sources it knows about include chat platforms, email, cloud storage, project trackers, CRMs and knowledge bases. Typical questions are phrased like 'find that doc about', 'what did we decide on' or 'where was the conversation about'. The skill runs with the /search command, and the enterprise-search connector guide in Anthropic's knowledge-work plugins lists the tools each source needs.
