Description
Triage-nda is an agent skill that screens an incoming non-disclosure agreement and sorts it into one of three routes. A GREEN NDA can receive standard approval, a YELLOW NDA needs counsel review, and a RED NDA needs full legal review. You invoke it when a new NDA arrives and pass in the document, and the skill accepts the NDA and runs it against standard screening criteria before classifying it. The purpose is to clear the easy agreements quickly and send only the ones that need a lawyer's time to the right person.
