Description
update-implementation-plan is an agent skill from the github/awesome-copilot collection that updates an existing implementation plan file to reflect new or changed requirements for features, refactoring, infrastructure or package upgrades. The output is meant to be machine-readable and deterministic, so that other AI agents or people can execute it without interpretation. The skill requires atomic phases, each with measurable completion criteria, and tasks that can run in parallel where they are independent.
