Description
Video-use is an agent skill that edits video through a conversation. You describe the change you want, and the skill works with the footage to transcribe it, cut it, colour grade it, generate overlay animations and burn in subtitles. It covers many kinds of footage, including talking heads, montages, tutorials and travel videos. Its working method starts from the transcript. The assistant reasons from a raw transcript, with a packed phrase-level transcript as the only stored intermediate, and it looks at visuals only at decision points. Cut candidates come from speech boundaries and silences, so audio leads the edit and pictures follow. The skill follows an ask, confirm, execute, iterate, persist loop, and it does not touch the cut until you have approved the plan in plain English. It also says that the presets and techniques in its document are worked examples rather than rules, and that the hard rules in its own section are the only requirements. It is published by the browser-use project on skills.sh.…
