workspace-surface-audit
Audit the active repo, MCP servers, plugins, connectors, env surfaces
by affaan-mFree
Description
workspace-surface-audit is an agent skill from the ECC collection by affaan-m, listed on skills.sh. It is a read-only audit that answers what the current workspace and machine can actually do, and what should be added or enabled next. It inspects the active repository, MCP servers, plugins, connectors, environment surfaces and the harness setup, then recommends the ECC-native skills, hooks, agents and connectors most worth adding. It does not change files unless the person asks for follow-up work. It applies when someone says to set up Claude Code, asks for automations, asks which plugins or MCP servers to use, or asks what they are missing. It is also used before installing more skills, hooks or connectors, when comparing official marketplace plugins with ECC coverage, when reviewing .env, .mcp.json and plugin settings, and when deciding whether a capability should be a skill, hook, agent, MCP server or external connector. A skill is a SKILL.md file of instructions that an AI agent loads when a task calls for it. It is free and open source, and the skills.sh listing shows a Gen Agent Trust Hub warning, with Socket and Snyk passing.…
