Description
NotchStar is a native Mac app that turns the MacBook notch into ten small tools. Hover the notch and it opens. It's for the small things you reach for all day: something you copied an hour ago, a file you need to AirDrop, the song that's playing, your next meeting. Inside: clipboard history (kept in memory only, and it skips what password managers hide), a file shelf with AirDrop, Now Playing controls, calendar and reminders, quick notes, timers with pomodoro, a teleprompter that sits right under your camera, a mirror for calls, live system stats, and a disk tool that finds big folders, duplicates and app leftovers and only ever moves things to the Trash. New in 1.0.5: screenshots hang in a strip under the notch. Drag one into a chat to send it, or hold Option to send them all. $4 once for up to 3 Macs, with a 7 day free trial. No account, and analytics stay off unless you turn them on. Signed and notarized by Apple. macOS 14 or later, Apple silicon and Intel.…

From the maker
Arin Prajapati@arinprajapati78I'm Arin, and NotchStar is a one person project. I wanted the notch to do something useful, so I built ten small tools into it in native Swift. This week's 1.0.5 adds a screenshot strip under the notch: take a few, then drag them into a chat. It's $4 once with a 7 day trial, and there's no account. Tell me what's missing and I'll look at it.
