3-statement-model is an agent skill from the anthropics/financial-services collection for completing and populating integrated financial model templates, covering the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement. Its central requirement is that the three statements are linked properly, so that the net income flows into equity and cash, and the balance sheet balances. The skill sets principles to read before any template is populated. It separates two environments: inside Excel through Office JavaScript, formulas are written so that Excel calculates them natively, and in a standalone spreadsheet file, formulas are written with Python and openpyxl and recalculated before delivery. Every projection and roll-forward is a formula that refers to the assumptions, not a typed number, which the skill treats as non-negotiable. It also records a pitfall in Office JavaScript merged cells, where a value written to a merged range fails, and explains the order that avoids it.
