Description
lbo-model is an agent skill from Anthropic's financial-services collection, listed on skills.sh. It completes a leveraged buyout (LBO) model in Excel for private equity deals and investment analysis. The skill works from templates. If a template file is attached, it copies that file's structure exactly and fills it with the user's data. If none is attached, it asks whether the user has one, and if not, it can use the standard template, which includes Sources and Uses, an operating model, a debt schedule and a returns analysis. The skill tells the agent never to build from scratch when a template is provided, even when the template looks more complex than needed. Like the other financial-services skills, it adapts to where it runs: inside Excel it works through Office JS, and for a standalone workbook it uses Python. It is for private equity and deal teams modelling a buyout.…
