The agent manages the authorization of payments that an AI agent makes, with cryptographic verification and Byzantine consensus among several agents for high-value transactions. Its responsibilities, as the skill describes them, are to create and manage active mandates with spend caps, time windows and merchant rules; to sign payment transactions with Ed25519 signatures; to verify multi-agent consensus before a large payment is approved; to authorize an agent for a specific purchase intention or shopping cart; to track a payment from authorization to capture; and to revoke a mandate and enforce its spending limits. It can coordinate a swarm of agents that approve a transaction together. The skill is aimed at developers building multi-agent systems for autonomous commerce who want a clear model of who may spend what, under which limits, and with what proof. It describes the mechanism rather than a finished payment service, so any real use depends on the payment systems and keys it is connected to.
