About agent-coordination

agent-coordination
Agent spawning, lifecycle management, and coordination patterns
agent-coordination is an agent skill from the ruflo project for spawning agents, managing their lifecycle and coordinating them on complex tasks that need several agents. It is meant for multi-agent work, where one assistant has to split a job between specialists and make sure they combine their results. The skill sorts its agent types into groups. The core development types are coder, reviewer, tester, planner and researcher. The V3 specialized types include security architect, security auditor, memory specialist and performance engineer. For swarm coordination it lists hierarchical, mesh, adaptive and collective-intelligence coordinators, and for consensus it lists byzantine, raft, gossip and general consensus builders. The description says the skill manages more than 60 agent types with specialized capabilities, and it is meant for the moments when the work calls for spawning agents, coordinating them or choosing a coordination pattern. It is a reference for picking a suitable team and a structure for it, not a finished orchestration service, so the agents still run in whatever environment the assistant is connected to. The skill passes Gen Agent Trust Hub, Socket and Snyk on skills.sh, and it has about 1,200 installs. Install it with npx skills add https://github.com/ruvnet/ruflo --skill agent-coordination.
