architecture-blueprint-generator is an agent skill from the github/awesome-copilot collection that analyzes a codebase and writes comprehensive architectural documentation, including diagrams and implementation patterns. It detects the technology stack automatically, covering .NET, Java, React, Angular, Python, Node.js and Flutter, and the architectural pattern in use, such as Clean Architecture, microservices, layered, MVVM, hexagonal or event-driven designs. The result is a Project_Architecture_Blueprint.md document meant to serve as the reference for keeping the architecture consistent. Several settings shape the output: the project type and architecture pattern can be set or left to auto-detection, the diagram style can be C4, UML, flow or component diagrams, and the detail level runs from high-level through detailed and comprehensive to implementation-ready. The author can also turn on code examples, implementation patterns, architecture decision records and a focus on extensibility. The generated document describes what the code does, so it should be checked by the people who know the system, especially where the detection guessed. The skill is useful for documenting a legacy system, onboarding new engineers, and preparing for an architecture review.
