End-to-end orchestrator: from a business idea, app idea

azure-app-onboard is an agent skill from Microsoft's azure-skills collection, listed on skills.sh. It is an end-to-end orchestrator that takes a business idea, an app idea or an existing app through to a running Azure deployment. It moves through four phases, Discover, Architect, Scaffold and Deploy, and the skill is described as self-contained, so it does not call other skills. The inputs are a business idea or existing codebase, plus budget and scale preferences if the user has them. The outputs are an architecture plan, a cost estimate, infrastructure-as-code files and the deployed Azure resources. Before any deployment it stops for a pre-deploy approval, with the cost estimate shown first. Every repository goes through the full pipeline of ten steps, which the skill requires without exceptions, and each step's reference files are read before the agent acts on it. It suits developers who know what they want to build but not which Azure services to use or what it will cost.
