About azure-reliability

azure-reliability
Assess and improve Azure Functions
azure-reliability is an agent skill from Microsoft's azure-skills collection that assesses and improves the reliability of Azure Functions and Azure App Service applications. It scans deployed resources for zone redundancy on compute, zone-redundant or geo-zone-redundant storage, health probes and multi-region failover configuration, and it reports a reliability assessment table. It can then help enable zone redundancy and generate infrastructure-as-code for a multi-region setup. The skill's quick reference lists its primary capabilities as the reliability assessment table, zone redundancy configuration and multi-region infrastructure generation. Container Apps are planned for a later version and are not covered yet. The skill works through the Azure Resource Graph queries and the Azure CLI commands, so it needs access to the subscription and resource group it is assessing. It is aimed at developers and platform engineers who run serverless or App Service workloads and want a clear picture of where a single zone or single region failure would take them down. Changes to zone redundancy and failover can increase cost and need a plan, so review the generated templates before you deploy them. The skill passes Gen Agent Trust Hub and Socket on skills.sh, and Snyk shows a warning, and it has about 288,500 installs. Install it with npx skills add https://github.com/microsoft/azure-skills --skill azure-reliability.
