Turn a one-line objective into a step-by-step construction plan

blueprint is an agent skill from the ECC collection by affaan-m, listed on skills.sh. Given a one-line objective, it writes a step-by-step construction plan that any coding agent can carry out without prior context. The plan is made of steps sized to one pull request each, with dependencies in order and enough detail that a new session can pick up cold. It runs in five phases and is meant for large work that spans several sessions or several agents: a feature split into PRs, a refactor or migration, or parallel workstreams for sub-agents. The skill advises against using it for jobs that fit in one pull request, need fewer than three tool calls, or where the user just wants the change made. A skill is a SKILL.md file of instructions that an AI agent loads only when a task needs it. It is free and open source.
