About bmad-prfaq

bmad-prfaq
Test a product concept with Amazon's Working Backwards method: write the press
BMad PRFAQ tests a product concept with Amazon's Working Backwards method. You write the press release for the finished product first, then answer a customer FAQ that checks the value from the outside in, and an internal FAQ that covers feasibility, risks and trade-offs. If a compelling press release cannot be written, the skill treats the product as not ready yet. The coaching is direct. It challenges vague thinking, presses on weak answers and offers concrete reframings when you are stuck, with the aim of strengthening the concept rather than blocking it. Competitive, market and feasibility claims are meant to be checked against current information rather than assumed. The skill can run interactively, or with a headless flag that produces an autonomous first draft from the context you provide. The output is a complete PRFAQ document plus a PRD distillate that downstream pipeline steps can use. It is part of the BMad Method project on GitHub, which has about 54,000 stars. The listing shows it as free. Its security audits show a pass from Gen Agent Trust Hub, and warnings from Socket and Snyk.
