Capture frames or clips from RTSP/ONVIF cameras and local webcams

camsnap is an agent skill from the OpenClaw project, listed on skills.sh. It lets an agent grab snapshots, short clips or motion events from RTSP and ONVIF network cameras and local webcams with camsnap, including pan, tilt and zoom on USB cameras. Cameras are added once to a config file, then the agent can discover devices, take a still, record a clip of a set length or watch for motion and run an action. Like every skill, it is a SKILL.md file of instructions the agent reads when the task calls for it, so the agent knows which commands to run and what to avoid. It is free and open source in the openclaw/openclaw repository on GitHub.
