About change-request

change-request
Create a change management request with impact analysis and rollback plan
change-request is a command from Anthropic's knowledge-work plugins, listed on skills.sh. It creates a change management request with an impact analysis, a risk assessment and a rollback plan. It is for proposing a system or process change that needs approval, or for preparing a change for a review board. The command takes a description of the change as its argument. The request is built with an assess, plan, execute and sustain framework, so that the impact, the risks and the way back are set out before the change is approved. A connectors guide explains which tools are connected and what the placeholders mean. It suits operations, IT and engineering staff who must put changes through a formal approval process and need the paperwork to cover impact and rollback in a consistent way.
