About clinical-reports

C

clinical-reports

Creates safety-bounded draft structures and runs local deterministic checks

clinical-reports is an agent skill that creates safety-bounded draft structures for clinical reports and runs local, deterministic checks on them. It covers clinical case reports, diagnostic reports, trial reports, safety reports and aggregate research reports. It prepares draft reporting structures, aggregate tables and review manifests from facts that have been verified and authorised, routes each artifact to the correct reporting guidance, keeps provenance, and stops when source support or qualified review is missing. The skill is firm about its limits. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment, choose or change dosing, triage or interpret images, specimens or raw laboratory results. It must not invent or silently fill in observations, dates, units, outcomes or conclusions, and it does not create individual case safety reports from patient narrative or decide reportability. It cannot sign, approve, file or submit anything, and it must not use real patient health information in examples or tests. The scripts check structure and internal consistency only, and the skill does not establish legal, regulatory, ethical, journal or institutional compliance.
