Cmux-customization helps you adjust cmux for your own use, covering its terminal, browser, Markdown, diff, file preview, notes, HTML and right-sidebar viewers. The skill is built to keep your configuration intact: it prefers edits that follow the schema, and it validates the result before reporting that the change is done. For each content viewer, the skill starts from a viewer customization matrix that maps every viewer to the settings, command or external file that controls it. The matrix also lists explicit fallbacks for viewer types whose template settings have not shipped yet, so you know what is available today. The skill also helps you decide which surface to change in the first place, since the right place depends on whether you want to alter a viewer, the command set or the config file. Edits are normally made to the cmux configuration file, and the skill points to the reference file for the viewer types. It is listed on skills.sh as part of the cmux project by manaflow-ai.
