About compose-outreach

compose-outreach
Generate personalized outreach messages using Common Room signals
compose-outreach is a skill from Anthropic's knowledge-work plugins, listed on skills.sh. It writes personalised outreach for a company or a contact, in three formats: an email, a call script and a LinkedIn message. The personalisation is grounded in Common Room signals. The skill first looks up the target in Common Room, pulling recent product activity and engagement, community activity such as posts, questions and reactions, third-party intent signals such as job postings, news and funding, and the history of contact and meetings. If the user names a person, it researches that contact. If only a company is given, it picks the best contact by title, engagement and role. If the Common Room signals are thin, it runs a web search for external hooks, but where the signals are strong it uses them and skips the web search. It suits sales development and account teams who want outreach that refers to something real about the prospect, and who want the same message in each channel.
