convex-launch-readiness is an agent skill that runs every Convex audit and combines them into a single scored readiness report with an ordered fix plan. It runs the authorization audit, the code reviewer, the performance advisor and the insights check, then normalises their outputs into one report, removes duplicate findings, and computes a score that can be audited. Because each finding names the capability that can fix it, the result is a prioritised punch list rather than four separate reports. The skill fixes nothing itself. It decides what to fix and in what order, and then hands each item to the matching fixer. The skill describes its output as a Lighthouse-style score for a backend. It is part of the get-convex agent-skills repository and is added to a compatible agent with the skills command. Its audits passed with Gen Agent Trust Hub, Socket and Snyk.
