About convex-verify

convex-verify
Prove a Convex feature works
convex-verify is an agent skill that proves a Convex feature works. A passing type check only shows that code parses, not that a non-owner is actually refused, that a query returns the right rows, or that a mutation does what it claims. The skill closes that gap with a seed, drive and assert loop. It seeds data, drives the feature as several mocked users, and asserts the results, all in-process with the convex-test library, so no deployment is needed. The most valuable checks are the negative ones: a user who is not the owner is refused, a request with the wrong identity fails, and data a user should not see stays hidden. The skill is part of the get-convex agent-skills repository and is added to a compatible agent with the skills command. Its audits passed with Gen Agent Trust Hub, Socket and Snyk. It suits developers who want evidence that their access rules and data flows behave as intended before they ship, rather than assuming so from a clean build.
