About CopyQ
CopyQ
Clipboard manager with advanced features
CopyQ is an advanced clipboard manager with editing and scripting features. It monitors the system clipboard and saves what you copy in customized tabs, so you can browse your history, filter it, and paste an earlier item into any application. It can store text, HTML, images and other custom formats. Items can be sorted, created, edited, removed and dragged between tabs, and you can add notes and tags to them. Keyboard shortcuts paste items from the tray, the main window or anywhere on the system, and the appearance can be customized. The project includes a command-line interface and a scripting API for automating the clipboard, and it has a simple Vim-like editor with keyboard shortcuts. You can set it to ignore clipboard content copied from specific windows or content that contains certain text. CopyQ runs on Linux, Windows and macOS 13 and later. It is installed with the Windows installer, a portable zip, Scoop or Chocolatey, with Homebrew on macOS, with the copyq package on Debian, Ubuntu, Fedora and Arch, or as an AppImage or Flatpak. The project has a download page, documentation, a mailing list and a scripting API reference.
