About cowork-plugin-customizer

cowork-plugin-customizer
Customize a Claude Code plugin for a specific organization's tools and workflows
cowork-plugin-customizer is a skill from Anthropic's knowledge-work plugins, listed on skills.sh. It customises a plugin for a particular organisation's tools and workflows, either by setting up a generic plugin template for the first time, or by refining a plugin that is already configured. The skill finds the plugin's source files and reads them before making changes. Generic templates contain placeholders marked with a tilde prefix, such as a Jira tool or a team channel, which are replaced with the organisation's real values. Where there are no placeholders and the user asks for one part of the plugin, the skill changes only that part. Where the user wants a broad change, it reads the configuration and asks what to change. Legacy commands folders are treated the same as skills. The page says the customisation only works in the desktop app's Cowork mode, and it stops with a message if the plugin directory cannot be found. It suits teams that have adopted a plugin and need it to match their own tools.
