It uses a bug report template, kept in the skill's references folder, and each report must include the details the template asks for, so the defect can be understood and reproduced by someone who was not present when it was found. The skill applies when documenting a defect caused by a difference between Oracle and PostgreSQL, and when writing or reviewing a bug report for a migration project. Consistent reports make it easier to group defects by cause and to decide which are blocking.
