Description
customer-journey-map is an agent skill that maps the end-to-end customer experience from first awareness through to advocacy. For each stage it identifies the touchpoints, the customer's emotions, the pain points and the opportunities for improvement. It starts by defining a specific persona who is making the journey, described by the job they are trying to get done rather than as a generic user. It then maps the stages, adapting them to the product. If you provide interview transcripts, survey data, analytics, support tickets or existing journey maps, the skill reads them first, and it can use web search to understand the product from its URL. The output shows where customers struggle and where a small change could help most. It is useful for product teams improving onboarding, retention or support, and for explaining the customer experience to people who have never used the product. The skill is part of the pm-skills collection by phuryn and is listed on skills.sh as free.…
