About dbs-install-skill

D

dbs-install-skill

将单个 Skill 或 Skill 集合安装到通用 Agents、Claude Code、Codex、WorkBuddy、Grok、Hermes

dbs-install-skill is an agent skill for installing and syncing skills across the AI agents already on your computer. It takes a skill source folder, which is any folder containing a SKILL.md file, or a collection folder with several skill subfolders, and installs it into each agent that is present. Like its companion dbs-bridge, it chooses the destination itself: skills are linked into the shared public location ~/.agents/skills/<skill-name>, which the supported agents read, so you do not have to copy a skill into each agent's own folder. The skill can also list the skills that are installed, sync a skill across agents, remove duplicate copies and uninstall a skill. The listing names Claude Code, Codex, WorkBuddy, Grok, Hermes Agent, Kiro, Qwen Code and Cline as examples of agents it works with. Users run the same command for every agent, so there is no need to know which host is in use. It is part of the dbskill repository by dontbesilent2025 and is added to a compatible agent with the skills command. It is useful when you have several coding agents and want them to share the same skill set.
